1. What BidKaki is
BidKaki is an independent research and alerting tool for Singapore government tenders and award data. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by GeBIZ, the Government Technology Agency (GovTech), the Defence Science and Technology Agency (DSTA), or the Singapore Government.
2. No procurement advice
Information on this site, including tender listings, award history, and supplier or agency statistics, is provided for research purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, or procurement advice. Always verify tender details, closing dates, and eligibility requirements directly on GeBIZ before submitting a bid.
3. Data accuracy
Award and tender data is sourced from data.gov.sg and GeBIZ public feeds and may be incomplete, delayed, or contain errors. BidKaki makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data.
4. Accounts and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis. You can cancel or change your plan at any time from the billing portal in your dashboard. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Alerts
Email and Telegram alerts are sent on a best-effort basis. BidKaki is not liable for missed, delayed, or duplicate alerts, or for any business outcome resulting from reliance on an alert.
