1. What we collect

Account details (email, authentication provider), company details you provide during onboarding (company name, UEN, SSIC code), alert rule configuration, watched competitors, and billing details processed by Stripe. We do not sell your data.

2. UEN and ACRA lookups

When you enter a UEN during onboarding, we query the public data.gov.sg ACRA entity and SSIC datasets to confirm your entity name and industry classification. This lookup uses only publicly available government open data and is not stored by any third party beyond data.gov.sg's own logs.

3. Telegram

If you connect Telegram, we store your Telegram chat ID to deliver alerts. We do not access your other Telegram data.

4. Award and tender data

Public tender and award data displayed on this site is sourced from data.gov.sg under the Singapore Open Data Licence and is not personal data.

5. Data retention and deletion

You can delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting support. Billing records are retained as required by law.
